Good Morning!

I managed to get a sweet shot of my sweet girls yesterday in the middle of doing a ga-zillion errands to prepare for today. I love this picture:) I hate that Trae wasn't in it..but he was off doing his thing (Annual Weenie Roast)..I am really missing him..he is just so grown up and so busy..ya know!
Anyhoo..I went to Madison to give one of my downline members more Avon brochures..on the way back we stopped at Krispy Kreme..then I thought I would stop at FoodLion to get the stuff I needed for today..well..I didn't have my purse! I had paid cash for the doughnuts that I had stashed in the truck. So I went back home to get my purse..then we went to Publix..I left angry(they didn't have ANY Strawberry Kool-Aid) I asked the store manager about it..because there wasn't even a label where it should go..he said "Kraft doesn't send "seasonal" flavors after July"..I said "Isn't that interesting" (total Jim Rohn response)..I feel like I am being fed a line of B-O-L-O-G-N-A!! So I went to Kroger..they had..hmmmm..about 4 boxes of Strawberry Kool-Aid packets! Liar, Liar, Liar pants on fire!!

So the importance of Strawberry Kool-Aid:

Punch
3 small packs of strawberry kool-aid
1 can of pineapple juice (46 oz)
3/4 c. sugar
1 2 liter gingerale
This makes 1 gallon..and is delish!!!

Sneaky peek of the Christmas table..I wanted to put the Christmas tree up..but..that didn't happen..to early anyway:)

Gotta run and finish baking!

Friday, November 2

Hello!

So..it's been awhile:)

Just took a little break from setting up for my Avon Christmas Open House..thought I would pop a Lean Cuisine in the microwave (then follow it up with Hostess Ding Dongs) Ha Ha. Trae is at a football game..so Rich & Izzy are on their way to the game now. Mattie and I are listening to Christmas music!

No pics to post this year from Halloween..
a few weeks ago Izabelle asked me "What does Halloween mean mamma?" I said "I am not sure exactly, let's Google it and see." So we did..and we studied it for about an hour..we learned about the jack-o-lantern, why we give candy, etc. etc. I believe she was feeling conviction about it..she acted like "Why do we do this then, mamma?" I told her that we didn't have to participate in Halloween..there are lots of things to do! Our Trunk-or-Treat at church was last Sunday night..but she was visting with her father..then Wednesday/Halloween she was visting again..so she just felt like she needed to blend with what goes on over there. Her dad bought her a costume after he picked her up and she went trick-or-treating with him. We never carved a pumpkin this year..because of what we read..I wasn't even going to pass out candy this year..then I changed my mind at the last minute and ran to Kroger for loot. We did not purchase a costume for Mattie either. I am for sure that we will completely phase out trick-or-treating and participate in the annual Fall Festival at our church.

I got to go to Atlanta this week for an Avon Career Seminar..it was great:) There were 10 reps. that attended from our district..I roomed with 2 other reps. and we stayed up until 4am! Having tooooo much fun:) What a nice break that was for me..even though I didn't sleep.

Mattie is trying to form sentences..sort of. She says "shut door." She still loves to shut doors:)

Trae's last band competition was last Saturday in Chattanooga..everyone put your hands together! MJHS Band placed FIRST in everything in their division!! I still get tears in my eyes when I think about it..I am just so proud of them! They rock!

Next Friday will be the *very last* football game played on the MJHS field. That is where I graduated high school..I get a little emotional when I think about it. My sweet MIL is going to try to watch Mattie for me. So Rich & I might attend the last game there together. I really want to get some pictures.

Izabelle still rolls around with those heelie things..EVERYWHERE! She has so much energy:)

I have been selling Avon now for 7 months..currently I have 77 customers, 6 Reps. underneath me and 2 helpers! Go me:)

So..that's all I got for now..have a great weekend:)
