E-Bay

Let's give this a go. My neighbor friend puts her un-wanted treasures on {E-Bay}. So I decided that instead of throwing my un-sold garage sale items away, that I would give this a try. Reading Doris' blog tonight gave me the extra little push that I needed..gosh does everyone do this? I have added 9 items so far..I could probably put 1000's of items on there..I have so many un-wanted treasures:) My kitchen counter looks like an auction is getting ready to take place! Geesh.

Wish me luck!

I just found (1:38am) these little goodies in the garage..(see above photo). I have seen these Moo-cow Creamers for as much as $20.00! I got mine for $6.00..it reminds me of when I was little..they used to set on restaurant tables (I think?) I am for sure that I owned my very own Moo-Cow Creamer and I remember sipping chocolate milk out of it's mouth. Help me out Dad..if you remember:) Oh and the old ice trays..does anyone remember these? I remember pulling the lever up and breaking the ice! I thought it was kinda cool..I paid $4.95 for it.

Birthday {Re-creation}

My Aunt Cherry (a.k.a. A.C.T.G.F.) found a cute little dress that she just knew that would match Mattie's birthday party hat..so..she asked me if I would re-create birthday photos if she bought it..and I said "Of course!"
So here they are (the first 4 pics she is still in her PJ's)...Mattie @ 13 months 3 days

She didn't like the head band so much :(

But she got over it :)

I know, I know..she needs a hair cut..my MIL is going to give her her first hair cut..pictures soon! When we say "Oh what a sweet baby"..Mattie puts her shoulder up to her face like this.

This reminds me of when I was little..my Aunt Cherry used to put me on a table with a blanket under me and take pictures.

There is just a lot going on right now in our lives & I still haven't lost the baby weight from Mattie..so now I will have another year to prepare.

Our week in a nutshell

Sunday: I worked my Avon booth at the Tennessee State Fair from 9:00a-8:00p. I signed my first recruit and got three more possible contacts and one took a try it kit (a temporary kit that let's you sell without actually signing a contract with Avon, this allows you to see if you will like doing this sort of thing). After that I met Rich & the kiddos for late dinner at Olive Garden.

Monday: Homeschool, Deliveries, Taekwondo, Deliveries, Band, Deliveries

Tuesday: Homeschool, Deliveries, Taekwondo

Wednesday: I worked my Avon booth from 9:00a-3:00p and I sent out another try it kit, Taekwondo, Homeschool

Breakfast

Izabelle didn't get home this morning from her Dad's until 8:30a..so..we enjoyed a late breakfast out on the deck. Waffles, Gerber Graduates Diced Peaches, Cheerios, Iced Tea (for Izabelle), milk (for Mattie) and a nice glass of Rehydrate (for me).
I just bought this little patio set last week..I found the 5-pc. set for $120.00 at a local antique/junk store. Izabelle couldn't wait to get it home for this exact reason! She is so excited! I tell ya, it doesn't take much to make her happy.

Today is the day, Daddy-O! *No more Corporate America!!* Tomorrow my Dad will begin working fulltime on his fortune. I am so proud of him for taking this risk..he fears absolutely nothing! Ignite is his new company..all you Texans might of heard about it. It is an electric company. So go check it out and lower your electric bill!!

MJ vs WC

Last night was Trae's first football game..in marching band that is. He was awesome! I am so proud of him and the entire band. They have worked so hard during the summer in the heat and now..it has paid off. We didn't win the football game..but that is ok. We had fun and that is what matters the most.
Something really cool happend in the middle of the football game..(most) everyone saw a shooting star! It shot right over the football field. When it appeared..the crowd just "oooohhh'ed". It looked so close..I have seen them before..but this one was so bright, even with the stadium lights lit. I was waiting for our D.J. to start playing "Shooting Star" by Bad Company..that would of been cool. But either he wasn't a fast thinker..or he didn't see it.

Oh & this was Mattie's first football game too..she really did well. I left after 1/2 time so I could bring her home and put her to bed..Rich stayed (he was so excited to see Trae, he left work early).
Mattie & I are off to the grocery store!!!
