The next 8 photos are from Mattie's baptism on January 11, 2009. My friend Sherri took these photos..didn't she do a wonderful job! I love them!

Izabelle did the Rite of Welcome last Sunday, February 22, 2009. She will be presented to the Bishop this Sunday afternoon and will do her First Communion during the Easter vigil this year!

During the Rite of Welcome, Izabelle's sponsor..Miss Kimberly made the sign of the cross on Izabelle's ears, forehead, eyes, lips, heart, hands and feet. They also presented her with a new Bible and necklace.

Me at 6 months. I am currently 6 1/2 months..so I need to get another photo taken this week!

Photos from the Father/Daughter banquet..I was a little disappointed with the photos this year. I really like the photographer from last year..the photo on Izabelle's blog is last year's photo if you want to check it out..they changed photographers this year..they had too many complaints about her not being professional enough. I just don't understand that! I liked last year's much better.

Tonight is the Father/Daughter banquet. Rich & Izabelle are there now. I managed to get some good pictures while it was still daylight before it was time to leave. Yaya came all the way over to our house after working all day to do Izabelle's hair..isn't it beautiful! Thanks again Yaya;-) Enjoy the pictures!

Happy Valentines Day!

Six months this week...

..but I still need to take a photo to mark six months. I had an OB appointment yesterday afternoon and Jon Paul's heartbeat was just as strong as it could be. That makes me happy;-)
Rich and I registered Jon Paul last night at church to be baptized. Crazy I know..but I officially received the papers from my OB Dr. that the c-section is scheduled on Tuesday, May 26. I will have to call the church later with specifics..like what date he will be baptized..since they don't have a list yet that covers past May 2009. But Rich's youngest brother will be his godfather and I am pretty sure that my MIL & FIL will be traveling. We used my FIL as a proxy at Mattie's baptism and my MIL is Mattie's godmother. As much as we would love to duplicate that process..I am afraid that won't be able to happen..unless my MIL can still be his godmother and maybe we can have a proxy for her? Hmmm..Sherri LaFaye..proxy? I will have to check into that..just thinking outloud. Or maybe..just maybe..Sherri could be his godmother? More thinking outloud. I need to do some more research on that..and ask Francie.

So what have I been doing? I signed up for a class that Doris is teaching..online..and I have been scrap booking..can you believe it! Check 'em out..I have finished 3 already!

Superbowl Sunday....

Today is supposed to be a high of 62 degrees and sunny! I took this picture of Mattie this morning before Mass. (another cute little dress from A.C.T.G.F.) Gosh I am so ready for Spring after having a taste of good weather today. You know what Spring brings? May babies:) We will have another May baby..Izabelle 5/4, Me 5/19, Jon Paul 5/26..hopefully:) Trae was also a Spring baby..born on 4/27.

Second photo: last Sunday at the Barnum & Bailey Circus. Mattie really enjoyed herself this year..I think her favorite was the elephants.
