It's Friday!!

Today Chelle, Izabelle, Mattie & I went to Scrap'n Memories. They had {1} Making Memories cutter left..and I bought it! I haven't seen one since I saw them on Scrap It!s shelves. Everyone always says that they are on order. I also bought some Jenni Bowlin product (Vintage Red Line journaling cards, Vintage Black/Cream Linen journaling cards, Who-Where-When tickets, and some JB patterned paper!
After shopping..we met Dana & Annie at Christ Church so the kids could have some indoor playtime.
Everyone had a great time..I took some cute pics of Miss Mattie while we were there too!
Actually Dana took this first one..she was trying to catch Mattie while she had her dress pulled up..her belly button was showing..Dana said it was so cute! We tried to re-create it..but it didn't work.

There was this giant Easter basket out in the hallway..it was to collect plastic eggs for the Easter egg hunt..but I thought how cute it would be to set Mattie in there..so here it goes!

There is no telling what she was thinking. When I pulled her out of the Easter basket she had Easter grass stuck in her toes..Chelle pulled it out for her.

I set her in this tub while I was doing some computer work..and the next thing I know Mattie had pulled herself up and was standing..she was laughing out loud..like..LOOK AT ME!!

F.Y.I. *Poppy Ink* May kits go on sale tomorrow evening at midnight MST..The April kits are sold out..(man April was cute too!) I e-mailed the company to ask how to purchase a kit..because they are always sold out..as soon as they go up for sale. They said they ordered extra May kits..so..if you want a kit..why don't you stay up with me? {*Smile*}

Wow! What a day! What a week!
Tonight Izabelle tested for *Yellow Belt* and here she is receiving it! She also won a beautiful medal! Mrs. Brown (Mr. Smith's wife; he was sick last night & tonight) was so proud of her..for keeping up the pace even with a broken foot! Rich & I are so very proud of her also. I know it is wrong & I will *not* do it..but I just want to march up to that public school that Izabelle used to attend and just shove this *Yellow Belt* & medal in their face for all the times that they told me that Izabelle needs to be medicated because she has (attention issues)..whatever!!!!!!! That (label) just doesn't fit on my child. I am so glad that I chose to homeschool her..it (does fit) her.


Today Izabelle, Mattie & I went to the park..we met Renee, Jack & Page and Dana, Braxton & Dalton. It was Mattie's first time in a {real} swing..she LOVED it!
Oh...this is for you Aunt Cherry..Mattie is wearing her {Cherry} onesie and blue jeans & hat from you. {Thank you} *smile*

Mattie's first picnic (yesterday) @ Priest. It was beautiful outside..High of 78 degrees! Mattie had to get shots today..she weighs 20.8 lbs. and is 29 inches long! (97 percentile in everyting)

Mattie received this stoller at her *shower* before she was born from my friend Krystal. Today was her first time "strolling" in it. She thought it was fun..she kept giggling!

This was taken Tuesday..*Mattie & big brother*..I love that hat on her! She had a little blue jean sun-dress on with it. Trae babysat her while I went to my Stampin' Club.

Tuesday..before I left for my Stampin' Club..My dress is from {A.C.T.G.F.}..I have a ga-zillion sun-dresses she has sent to me..I will be glad when the weather stays warm so I can wear some more of them!

I took lots of pics the other night{Sunday}..just watching Mattie playing in her 'saucer; clapping her hands; laughing..just being happy..and I managed to catch this facial expression! I got a kick out of it when I realized what I had captured.

I took this yesterday..Mattie is wearing a cute little dress from {A.C.T.G.F.}..it is size 12 months.
She now weighs {20 lbs.} and is wearing size {3} panties..I told Aunt Cherry the other day..we were going to have to start buying Depends..because she is getting so big so fast! I mean if she is almost 7 months and wears size 3 panties..gosh panty sizes only go up to what a 4 or 5? What do we do then? Potty train A.S.A.P!!!

"Flat Stanley" is home and....

...he brought a girlfriend home with him! {Ha!} Izabelle's Guelita & Papa had this doll made for her. Flat Stanley visited Mexico during his {Texas} visit. Izabelle was so excited to have Flat Stanley home..she gave him a big hug and said "I missed you"! He only has a couple of days to relax and he is off to visit my friend Hollye in Michigan!


I took this pic this morning..Mattie still in her pj's. Trae was teaching Mattie to be nice while she pets Toto. She is interested in the animals now..as soon as they get close enough to her walker or excersaucer she reaches her little hand out and tries to grab them!

She claps now..swishes spit around in her mouth {where did she learn that from?} & she said "Ba Ba" yesterday at the vet!
Mattie will be {7 months} on Friday!!!!!

Great *Easter* finds..{I found them at Kroger}..topiary & wreath..very inexpensive too!

The Hermitage..

..home of Andrew Jackson. Chelle & I took the kids there today..and what a beautiful day it was..I think the high was a big 73! The last time we {Rich, me, Trae, Izabelle & Mattie} went to the The Hermitage..we walked..but..today we rode in a wagon..how nice and what a treat!

{Peep} Fest..

..is what we are having here this week! My friend Teresa told me about these "Bubble Peeps" that she found at the Dollar Tree..so I went searching for them..all the way to Cool Springs/Dollar Tree {I was actually there picking up Trae} I didn't see any..so I went to the Dollar Tree in Donelson and I FOUND THEM! Trae has been blowing bubbles for Mattie..I would take pics..but..the lighting in the evening in this house really stinks. So maybe another day. *Smile*
The Dollar Tree also had these green {Peeps}..I haven't ever seen this color..It is a new color? Does anyone know? Has anyone tried to roast a {Peep}? *wink* I bet ya they would taste yummy!
Oh..did you know that there is an "Official Marshmallow Peep Fan Club"? at www.marshmallowpeeps.com they have the cutest website!
I think that they need to come out with {Peep} pez dispensers.

The verdict is in..

...Mattie likes {Peeps} too! I was eating a few while I was on the phone with my Aunt Cherry a while ago..and..I thought..hmmm?..wouldn't it make a cute picture of Mattie eating her first {Peep}..well I didn't let her eat the whole thing..just long enough to make a few pictures

Earlier today: Mattie playing with her {new} Big {bilingual} Lilly..this one speaks Spanish & English. She also has a little Lilly that only speaks English.

I was telling my Aunt Cherry that when I was putting this shirt {that is plenty big enough} on Mattie this morning after her bath..that I had the hardest time getting it over her head..{this baby has the biggest head}..I told Mattie after we finally got the shirt over her head..that we would have to start special ordering shirts with {Extra Large Noggin Holes}!

It's that time again..

..it is "peep" time! Hobby Lobby has a huge display of them..their spring colors are so pretty. Izabelle is a big fan of them..so we purchase some every year and then when we run out..the {Easter Bunny} always brings more! It is funny how {he} knows when we run out.
We will have lots of Easter basket loot this year..since the Easter Bunny will leave {3} baskets this year..how sweet.."Mattie's First Easter Basket"..I had better start planning with Mr. B..it is just around the corner!
