Scrapbooking Again!!

I have completed (3) layouts since Mattie has arrived. I know it has been (6) weeks..but I am just tickled to have these (3) finished. I am working on another one tonight..it usually takes a couple of days to finish one. Oh and by the way..I am loving my Cricut!!! It is too much fun!

Can you believe Mattie is already...

6 weeks old! My goodness time is flying by..she is getting so big. She is so smart..my OB/GYN said yesterday that she is very "mature". She doesn't miss a thing..sometimes she will get fussy..but I know that she isn't hungry, wet, gassy or tired..she is just nosey..and wants for me to walk her around the house so she can just look at everything..this makes her stop fussing. We laugh and tell her she is being a nosey baby.

Izabelle's new friend..

..McKaya. They have only played twice together..once here at the house..and then yesterday at Scrap It!..Tammy and I were there at the same time shopping with our girls. Izabelle very much enjoys re-arranging her bedroom..then she likes for me to come upstairs and look at the wonderful job she did! Well now she has a decorating partner..I found out that McKaya also likes to re-arrange her bedroom. So I am sure that is how they will be spending their playtime together..too funny!!

Paper Shredder

I bought a new shredder today..and I am giving my old one away (FREE) if anyone can use it. Just leave a comment..I will save it for the first person to call it. It is a cheapy..but it works..it came from Wal-Mart..MAX SHRED WM-525S. I just needed more power.

Mattie's 1 month well baby check-up news....

10 lbs. 1.4 oz.
21 7/8 inches

The Dr. weighed her twice!!..they thought something was wrong with the scales..but the scales were correct..she is a big healthy girl..she is really filling out.
She got her second series of HBV today..see her pink band-aid on her leg.

Big smiles..Mattie is 1 month old!

I LOVE HER SWEET LITTLE SMILE...it is sooo easy to make her laugh...she is my happy little baby girl!

I finally got her to sleep Dad (in Texas)..around 1:50pm..whew..she was really fighting it today..she is afraid she might miss something..I think.

Mattie Elizabeth visits the nursery at...

Victory Baptist Church for the first time..while Mommy attended her Wednesday night class again for the first time in awhile...Miss Hayes was Mattie's caregiver for an hour...I was at ease during my studying time knowing that Miss Hayes would take good care of Mattie. Mattie was a good girl during her nursery visit...she got hungry a little bit early...so Miss Hayes fed Mattie her dinner...I took this pic half way through dinner at burp time...Mattie has that look...like...where is the rest of it!!!...I am looking forward to getting back on schedule with our Wednesday night meals and class with our Pastor...Chuck Groover...I really enjoyed myself last night.
I had a sweet little pink dress on Mattie before we left for church @ 5pm...but she decided to spit up on it...I mean a lot of spit up...so I quickly threw a onesie and some pants on her and out the door we went!

Miss Mattie is 4 weeks today..

..and we have lots of pics! This is Mattie in her swing at 4 weeks..for those of you out there that know about the swing issue..we made progress today..5 MINUTES!!..then those darned ol' hiccups showed up..the hiccups really make her angry..so I pulled her out..we will try again tomorrow. She is going to church for the first time tonight..I will try to get pics of her first church nursery visit.

Sweet Little Bouncing Mattie

Just hanging out in the playroom this morning..in her bouncy seat..she is starting to like these seats..we have (3)..one on each level..one vibrates..but it sits UP too much..she falls over in it.. the other one is still in the box upstairs..need to get that together. I am sitting here playing on the computer placing an order with PlumGoodFood.com for next week and bouncy the BeBe with (1) foot..NICE! She is on her way to lala land..looks like.

Slice Of Life

I bought this magazine yesterday at Scrap It!..I just finished thumbing through it..while Mattie was taking a little nappy..this is an awesome magazine..lots and lots of ideas!! I am ready to start scrapping again..and ready to get organized..my scrap room is not real messy..I just have too much stuff and I don't have homes for everything..makes me crazy!! Any ideas from you all out there that are organized and have homes for everything??
