I tried to make certain nights a certain meal, like Monday, Thursday and every other Sunday. Every other Friday night..Trae and Izabelle leave for the weekend and it's just me and Mattie..so soup and grilled cheese made sense. Then the other Friday's are spaghetti night. I left Tuesday's and every other Wednesday open for new recipes. I have a gazillion recipe books but never use them..so Tuesday's will get interesting..I am sure:)

Let me know if you would like a recipe for something..I will post it as soon as I can:)

Enjoy your weekend!

P.S. I found a recipe for Monte Christo Casserole in the Spring/Summer 2001 Pampered Chef Season's Best book on page 12. I love, love, love Monte Christo sandwiches. But I will have to make it on a day that it is just me, Rich & Mattie (and my MIL because she love these sandwiches also). Maybe a Saturday night? Trae and Izabelle won't touch this stuff!

Also..just found a recipe for Pamesan Pepper Pull-Apart Bread found in Spring/Summer 1999 Pampered Chef Season's Best book on page 11. Instead of ordering garlic-parmesan rolls from Publix..I could make this! Can you tell I am having fun looking through cook books today?

I've been playing catch up reading all your posts. Your pictures are wonderful.

I'm impressed that you have your menus all planned out. I think I'll drop by the the 30th...love me a good grilled cheese sandwich and some tomato soup...always a favorite.

Have a wonderful Sunday!
