I have been thinking about this for awhile now. The only thing that has kept me from doing it sooner was the Blogher Ads. But the money is really not worth "people" invading my privacy.
So...

We don't know each other. I think I have only posted once, but I come to your blog every day.
What drew me to your blog is that my son (age 25) just recently moved to the Nashville area (living in Mt. Juliet and working in the Green Hills area at a bank).
At some point I read that you live in Mt. Juliet, which right away, took me in. I love reading about the different Nashville sites that you write & post picures about (restaurants, things to do, etc.).
It give me a better idea of my son's surroundings & I guess, in a way, helps me to feel somewhat connected to him even though we are several hundred miles apart.
I completely understand about your choice to make your blog private. I understand that most blogs are created for family & close friends.
I will give you my email information, but totally understand & respect your decision as to whether or not you add me to your "allow to read" list.
Afterall, I am a stranger. :-)

ahh...that comment from Jackie Carl was so sweet. You never really know the good you are doing in other people's lives. I wish everyone could leave a comment at least once, so you know that they are decent people and not freaks!
Which makes me wonder why I'm still on your list? hahaha must be my hero worship of your party skills!
