Today..my..super sweet..super fun..MIL and I found this really cool store in Goodlettsville..GFS Market Place..we orginally went there to pick up a chef's hat and apron for Izabelle's cooking class tomorrow..we ended up having a little field trip..you gotta check this place out..it is like Costco/Sam's without a membership..but better..very cool! It has been open for about three weeks now. Look what I bought!
Crushed Red Pepper (huge container..'cause Rich eats these like crazy) $4.99
PURE Vanilla..16 oz. $9.99
Vanilla Syrup..yummy in Coke's $5.99
Sloppy Joe Sauce..big can $2.59
Cry Baby gum..340 pieces..Rich & the kids love sour candy $12.99
Cloth chef's hat $5.99
Cloth apron $4.29

Then we went to Fazoli's..yumm-o..mom's treat..thanks mom:) xoxo

After that we hit Toys-R-Us..Izabelle still had a $25 gift card from Christmas & Mattie had a $20 gift card..so Mattie bought:
Just Like Home Microwave Oven $10.99..........free:)
Peg Puzzle $4.99..........free:)
10" Play Ball $1.99..........free:)
Easter basket $6.99..........free:)

Izabelle bought:
Bratz skateboard $19.99..........free:)

Total out of pocket cost at Toys-R-Us...$4.11..gotta love that!

Then after that..Izabelle and I hit Starbuck's before we got home..I still had $30 worth of gift cards there..
(1)Tall Caramel Macchiato $3.15..........free:)
(1)Tall Iced Decaf Mocha $3.10..........free:)

I took this picture Tuesday night..*so sweet*..Mattie is really into babies right now..she usually has her Strawberry Shortcake doll..that blows strawberry kisses...that smell bad..definitely not like strawberries..or a 10 year old Teletubby..Tinky Winky & Po..they used to be Izabelle's..Po talks..or I should say makes a funny noise that sounds like he is saying..Hello

Izabelle is "skateboarding" in the kitchen as I blog..she is telling me that she can picture herself doing flips and tricks and being a skater girl..with really cool skater clothes..and she is all of a sudden using the words "narly" and "dude"..is there some sort of chemical in those boards..that move quickly through your shoes and all the way up to your brain in just minutes?

Hey Jill,
I sure had a fun afternoon with you and Mattie. Can't wait to cook those ravioli's I bought.
I hope we can do this more often. Our lives get so busy sometimes.

Sweet picture! The big guy looks like he's ready to fall asleep - not Mattie!
Aunt Lil and I are off to a women's retreat this weekend down by Cedar Point - you know where that is, right?? Lots of snow today - 4-6 inches possible. Good for snowmen but not for driving!!

Sounds like a really neat store!
Such a sweet pic of Mattie and
Ritchie! Amy and I had a very
sucessful "Culpeper Day" Hee!
I think we may have blown our
budget a little but heck ya have
to enjoy life a little.Found lots
of goodies for everyone! Little
Xander is going to have as much
clothes as Mattie!!! Oh, by the
way, A bunch of guys with a truck
are hauling stuff out of the
empty house across the street. I
hope someone has bought it. They
actually carried away the trash
today. We are all jumping for joy
around here. Now I am really
curious what is going on over there? I will have to ask the
'you know who'town crier if she
knows-Wink!Talk later,

That sounds like a FANTASTIC store!! I've only been to Goodlettesville one time. When my husband and I were visiting TN, we heard Garth Brooks lived in the house that was once owned by the mayor ... so we looked everywhere for it. We finally stopped by this teeny store and the people told us where to find it. Of course we only found the gates .... but I still have leaves I picked up from GB's yard!!!

That picture is darling!
