I have been cleaning my garage..hauling stuff to Goodwill & to the recycling bins. I actually got lost in my garage. Renee had to come and rescue me. If it weren't for her..who knows how long I might have been missing! haaaaa:)
Back to the recycling..
It was my first visit yesterday..I am definitely going to start recycling. Izabelle has had an interest in it for a while..but I kept telling her that we need to get some extra storage bins to organize the: Glass Bottles & Jars....Cardboard....Plastic Aluminum & Metal....Mixed paper. Plus the garage needs to be cleaned. I don't like starting something like that when my surroundings are unbearable.
So now that I have the garage under control..we can start! That means I have to pay attention to what I am throwing away and where. I may never be as good as Renee (that had to remind me not to throw my "glass bottle" into her kitchen trash) but I am going to try:)

Mattie loves it..she waves and says "Hi, Lola!" "Hi." and blows her kisses.
I think the Charlie and Lola theme for her birthday party in August is a great idea..don't you think?

Watch for JoAnne's to have a sale and get their recycling bins-I love mine! You may not be able to stack yours as tall as mine, but you could always get a stepstool!

we have to recycle in my area....even my two year old will take an empty water bottle and turn and say "cycle mama cycle!" and then run and go and put it in the recycle bin!!
We do not recycle ... maybe it's a good time to start and I can let Griffin help.

We hav elong recycled, even when we had to schlep the stuff to the center ourselves. It IS important!
