Happy New Year! {Feliz ano nuevo!}

We celebrated last night at The Fifth Quarter..YUMMY!! Rich had a 20 oz. prime rib & I had a 12 oz. ribeye..the kids; well they had their usual: Cheeseburger for Trae, Chicken Fingers for 'Belle & Good Start for Mattie. I love, love, love their salad bar..if you have never eaten there..it is worth the visit just for the awesome salad bar. They have really yummy desserts..but we didn't get anything..all their chocolate desserts had walnuts..and we don't like nuts with our chocolate...totally ruins it! So we got Frosty's at Wendy's on the way home.
Today we will be watching football{all day}..Rich is in heaven! I made little smokies wrapped in crescent rolls and hashbrowns for starter munchies..I have a pot of black eyed peas cooking in the crock pot for later..it has always been a Pulley family tradition to eat black eyed peas with hog jawl on New Year's Day!
